KCET 2018 - Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conduct KCET 2018 in offline mode on April 18-19. A brief about Karnataka CET (KCET) 2018
A total of 1,85,418 candidates applied for KCET 2017 entrance exam, with 1,78,959 appearing in the exam, out of which 125860 qualified in it, according to the official data. On February 24, 2018, the Karnataka High Court has passed an interim order for KEA to allow candidates holding Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) card to apply for the examination process. KCET Eligibility Criteria 2018
The eligibility criteria of KCET 2018 define certain parameters on the basis of which candidates can take up the entrance exam. If the candidate does not fit in the prescribed KCET 2018 eligibility criteria, then he or she will be not allowed to appear in the exam. Candidates must have passed 10+2 level qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as main subjects and English as a language subject.
Candidates must have studied Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science/ Biology as an elective subject in class XII.
Candidates must have obtained minimum 45% aggregate scores in class 10+2, if belonging to General Category.
For Reserved Category i.e. SC, ST Category I and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B), candidates need to have secured minimum 40% marks.
Candidates aspiring to take admission in the architecture courses will have to appear in the JEE Paper 2 entrance exam or in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) which is conducted by Council of Architecture.

The application form of KCET 2018 is over now. KEA had released KCET 2018 application form in online mode on February 1. Candidates who have successfully filled the application form, were able to make corrections from March 27-31.

Upload scanned copies of recent photograph, signature and left thumb impression as per the specifications.
Submit the application fee via State Bank of Hyderabad, Indian Bank, State Bank of Mysore or e-post office.
Submit the application form and take a print out of the same. It's better to get it signed by parents/ guardian and principal (of their school or college) or Gazetted Officer for future reference

KCET Seat Allotment 2018
The selected candidates will be allotted seats in the seat allotment procedure of KCET 2018 on their ranking in the merit list and selection of college and courses during counselling. KCET 2018 seat allotment will be conducted in two or more rounds depending on the candidates.
